ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES

In-Stock Items
Décor usually ships within 2-5 days. Items shipped directly from the manufacturer typically take 7-14 business days to arrive.  Once your item has been processed and packaged for shipping, we cannot accommodate cancellations.



ESTIMATED TRANSIT TIMES

Transit times for shipping vary depending on the order. Once your order is shipped, we will email you a tracking ID for easy order tracking. The following are the estimated transit times for different shipping methods:

Freight Items:
Delivery of freight items requires a signature and is conducted curbside. To minimize shipping costs, our freight service provides delivery to the address on record. The driver will unload the items in the driveway of your home or the entryway of your apartment building. If there are items that are challenging to move, you may be required to assist. Please note that the carrier will not carry the delivery up any stairs or enter your home under any circumstances.

Once the item reaches your local area, the delivery company will contact you via phone, email, or text to schedule a convenient delivery date and time. Most carriers schedule deliveries Monday through Friday between 10 AM and 5 PM.

Freight items should be inspected before signing and accepting the delivery. If you have an item shipping by freight, we will email you instructions on what to expect and how to handle the delivery. For more information on truck shipments, click here.
